Senior Benefits Administrator
LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Benefits Administrator for a nationally recognized, multi-state organization in the automotive industry. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on balancing strategic program management with hands-on benefits administration. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering best-in-class benefits programs that directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational success. It is fully onsite in the western suburbs of Chicago.
Senior Benefits Administrator Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and retirement plans
- Manage enrollment, COBRA, claims, compliance testing and benefits communications
- Research and recommend plans and vendors to maximize value and efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA and related regulations
- Lead benefits audits, surveys and actuarial data reporting
- Evaluate processes to improve cost-effectiveness and employee experience
- Provide guidance and training to benefits staff and field teams
Senior Benefits Administrator requirements :
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field35 years of benefits administration experienceStrong understanding of federal and state benefits regulationsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CEBS certification preferredProven leadership and project management abilitiesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsExcellent organizational, analytical and communication skillsWhat's in it for me?
