Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction team. This position will oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are on-time and within budget.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Monitor safety protocols and maintain quality control standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and negotiate contracts.
• Solve complex issues that arise with the projects.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances and regulations.
