Key Responsibilities
Work with managers and employees to resolve complaints and conduct investigations
Participate in policy interpretation and assist in developing organizational policies
Design and facilitate leadership training on employee relations topics
Required Qualifications
Experience in conflict resolution and maintaining professionalism under pressure
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Experience in a high-volume contact center environment
Impeccable discretion in handling sensitive information
Ability to conduct investigations and drive positive resolutions
