We are seeking upbeat, conscientious, and hardworking residential counselors to join our site in Wakefield. This is a great part-time opportunity within a growing, stable, and highly regarded organization, offering valuable human services experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

• Provide support, supervision, skills training, and facilitate community outings for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist residents with meal preparation and activities of daily living.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and be an active team player.
• Encourage individuals to identify their strengths, develop new skills, and pursue their goals.
• Participate in training and supervision sessions provided by the organization.
