This is a multifaceted leadership position where you will manage day-to-day operations for a real estate team and its partners. You’ll oversee our systems, team members, client experience, and office culture, all while embodying and protecting our core values.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary $70,000 - $85,000
- Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure seamless team performance, world-class client service, and a strong, values-driven team cultureOversee all administrative and marketing processes, ensuring consistency and excellenceSupervise admin and operations staff, tracking performance, growth, and job satisfactionMaintain office needs, including supplies, equipment, and cleanlinessUphold and protect team culture and valuesCoordinate and track VIP client gifting, reviews, and referral systemsManage the client experience during transactions and post-closing follow-upOversee CRM, Google Workspace, website, and database maintenanceLead recruiting and onboarding of new agents and employeesHandle payroll, bill payment, lease management, QuickBooks, commission disbursements, and team financials in partnership with Alchemy of MoneyProvide regular ROI reporting on marketing and lead generationTrack agent and vendor referrals and maintain those relationships in the CRMSupport the CEO with special projects and administrative needsQualifications :
Prior operations or administrative management experience (real estate experience is a plus)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset and calm under pressureService-oriented with a positive, team-first attitudeComfortable working with strong personalities and holding others accountableTech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace and CRM systemsReal Estate license is preferred but not requiredAbout Company
