Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with company goals

Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure across various environments

Oversee cybersecurity framework, incident response, and business continuity planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

8+ years of progressive IT experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role

Proven success in scaling IT systems in a growth-stage or multi-site environment

Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS) and cybersecurity best practices

Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI
