About the Role :

We are seeking experienced and motivated Superintendents to oversee commercial construction projects in Mobile and Birmingham, Alabama . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing job sites, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering opportunities for long-term growth with a respected and dynamic construction team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve on-site issues.
• Conduct and lead safety meetings; enforce OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Monitor quality control, cost management, and project milestones.
• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day field operations.
