The successful candidate will learn about the Strategy and Execution team through supporting the team with the implementation of a new project management system, report creation, project analytics, and project coordination and updates.

Responsibilities :

• Enter and review data for new project management system
• Create and modify portfolio, program and project reporting in project management system
• Develop documentation for new processes and reporting
• Analyze project data for discrepancies and work with project manager to resolve
• Assist Project and Change Managers coordinating activities including scheduling meetings, taking notes, etc.
• Assist Project and Change Managers updating timelines and resources in the project management system
