Operations Management Development Program (OMDP)

As the commercial vehicle industry undertakes its most significant transformation in a century, International is on a mission to redefine transportation and is ushering in a new era of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

International's Operations Management Development Program is a 2-year rotational program where you will engage in a series of well-structured 6-month rotations across key departments such as : engineering, production, program management, quality, materials management, purchasing, and supply chain / logistics.

These diverse assignments will provide you with an in-depth understanding of our business operations and enable you to develop a holistic perspective on the commercial vehicle industry.

Ability to travel up to 30% and rotation flexibility is an important component of our OMDP Program, as rotation assignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US.

Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced professionals and mentors, you will tackle complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. This hands-on experience will sharpen your leadership and problem-solving skills that will drive tangible results.

Through a combination of formal training, mentorship programs and access to your executive sponsor, you will enhance your technical expertise and leadership capabilities. • Mentorship and Executive Sponsorship : Throughout the program, you will be paired with experienced mentors and an Executive Sponsor, who will provide guidance, support, and valuable insights into their respective areas of expertise. These mentors will serve as your trusted advisors, helping you navigate challenges, make informed career decisions, and unlock your full potential.
