Your Opportunity : Taylor Corporation is seeking a Lead Oracle Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Team! In this role, you will lead the implementation and support of our Store to Move workstream, with a focus on Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) modules.

As a key member of the Enterprise Transformation Team, you will play a central role in our Oracle Cloud (Horizon) implementation. This cross-functional initiative partners with all Business Units to streamline, standardize, and simplify business processes using Oracle Cloud solutions. The Lead Business Analyst will be engaged throughout the full system development lifecycle-including planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. This position offers the opportunity to drive best practices and help shape the future organizational structure of Taylor Corporation. Your Responsibilities :

System Maintenance :

• Man ag e the configuration of the Oracle application, understanding up and downstream impacts
• Analyze and troubleshoot the ERP functional issues and manage communications to business units
• Lead the Quarterly Release process, partnering with Subject Matter Experts to test functionality and sign off
• Provision application user access

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
