Chief Business Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Business Officer to lead commercial and growth functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Set and lead the global go-to-market strategy across consulting, managed services, and technology solutions

Oversee client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives, ensuring commercial objectives are met

Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives at client organizations and represent the company in strategic conversations

Required Qualifications

20+ years of progressive leadership experience in property and casualty insurance services, technology, and / or consulting

Proven success in building and overseeing revenue-generating teams with experience in securing large contracts

Deep familiarity with insurance business models, including property & casualty and reinsurance

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global delivery teams and lead cross-functional teams

College education and degree required; advanced degree preferred
