job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBrand Image Oversee the Corpay brand image and ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently. Generate ways to build and maintain a strong brand reputation. Creative Ideation, Design, and Implementation Ideate and brainstorm to generate marketing messages that will resonate with potential customers. Develop and execute creatives (printed marketing materials, videos, podcasts, etc). Brand Campaigns : Develop, execute, and implement Corpay brand campaigns and media plans. Lifecycle Marketing Nurturing and Onboarding Campaign Architecture and RevOps integration Campaign Planning, Calendar, and Workflows Buyers Journeys ABM Campaign Strategy, Design, and Management Digital Strategy develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid media channels, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing. Digital Selling oversee USA Digital Sales Channel and achieve annual digital sales production targets. Identify and evaluate new revenue ideas that can be unlocked via corporate partnerships Size the revenue and profit opportunity (ie, what's the size of the prize) Define "who does what" in the partnership and tailor the partnership economics accordingly Negotiate and execute commercial contracts covering the partnership Develop the marketing plan to realize the partnership opportunities Ensure the partnerships achieve the projected results MBA strongly preferred 10+ years of experience post-MBA in a corporate marketing setting (e.g., B2B services company) leading the marketing function and / or in the marketing practice of a large, strategy consulting firm Experience in B2B services required Deep product marketing expertise Strong analytical skills Strong communication and presentation skills Creative, insightful "Idea a minute" modus operandi Ability to work effectively with Line of Business Leaders, Sales Leaders, and the senior executive team Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity that translates into innovative approaches to complex business opportunities Can recruit outstanding marketing talent Executes a management system that allows each employee to reach his / her potential Creative thinker who moves between creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and operational execution A high sense of urgency and results orientation Strong and credible communicator, internally and externally Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence ability to mentor, develop, and motivate staff, leading with purpose and delivering exceptional results Unconditional ethics and integrity Hands-on, with a rigorous work ethic
USA Chief Marketing Officer
The USA Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the leadership team and will help drive our next phase of growth. The CMO will develop and execute all aspects of Corpay's USA marketing strategy across multiple lines of business (LOBs), including Vehicle Payments, Payables, and Workforce Lodging, and will lead important corporate strategic marketing initiatives. The role is based at Corpay's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Relationships Reports to : USA Chief Revenue Officer Dotted line to EVP Corporate Development Direct Reports : EVP Product Marketing Chief Creative Officer EVP Demand Generation Chief Digital Officer Other Key Relationships : Senior Executive Team Revenue Operations Team Line of Business Teams
Key Responsibilities : The CMO will have two main areas of responsibility. First, the CMO will lead all marketing activities for our Vehicle Payments, Payables, and Workforce Lodging lines of business based in the US, and second, the CMO will lead corporate strategic marketing initiatives and business development opportunities. For the US lines of business, the CMO will lead 4 functional areas :
Product Marketing
- Market research research to understand customer needs (voice of the customer), market trends, and competitive product offerings. Incorporate findings into marketing strategy
- Product positioning define how the USA products should be best positioned
- Pricing work with the LOB teams to determine the appropriate pricing for each of the core products (i.e., cost-plus, value-based) to maximize revenue and profitability
- Programs / Campaigns develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads

Digital and Website
Responsibilities In addition, the USA CMO will lead corporate-wide strategic marketing projects for new, big partnerships. The main responsibilities in this aspect of the role will be to :
