No experience in ABA? No problem. We’ll provide you with all the training you need to succeed

What You’ll Be Doing :

Work one-on-one with children, using proven ABA techniques to build independence and encourage positive behavior

Bring therapy plans to life by implementing strategies developed by our expert clinical team

Record progress and session data accurately using electronic tools

Build a positive, supportive environment for both clients and their families

Partner with families and care providers to make lasting improvements in each child’s development

What You Bring to the Table :

A high school diploma or equivalent

Genuine interest in working with children with Autism

Compassion, patience, and a calm presence—even during challenging moments

Dependable transportation to client homes or community-based sessions

Key Details You Should Know :

All sessions take place in home or community settings

This is a part-time role to start, with opportunities to grow

Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required (we'll guide you through it)

A minimum six-month commitment is expected to ensure consistency for our clients
