Responsibilities

The internship or co-op program provides highly motivated and qualified students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive valuable on-the-job training, and deepen their understanding of business and technology in a real-world setting. Participants are fully embedded within their assigned teams, where they contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with professionals across departments, and develop practical skills aligned with their academic background and career interests. This experience is designed to bridge classroom learning with professional application, offering exposure to industry tools, technologies, and leadership engagement.

As a Sales & Marketing Intern Co-op , you won’t just be watching from the sidelines—you’ll be in the game. You’ll get hands-on experience with real tools like Salesforce, Service Now, Power BI, Jira, and Microsoft Dynamics, working alongside an engaged and supportive team that’s excited to help you grow.

You’ll be involved in everything from documenting business processes and managing users to building dashboards and visualizing workflows. You’ll also get exposure to Agile methodologies, shadow engineering teams, and learn how platforms are designed and maintained. Along the way, you’ll sharpen skills in data analysis, process mapping, requirement gathering, QA testing, and even light data modeling using tools like Visio and Power BI. You’ll have the freedom to learn as much as you want, ask questions, and explore different areas of the business. If you're curious, driven, and ready to make an impact, this is the place to be.

Support Technical Operations :

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware / software issues, configuring systems, and supporting installations, moves, and upgrades.
