Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L across all regions, optimizing margin, CAC : LTV, fulfillment, and logistics

Professionalize and scale the organization by clarifying roles and building high-performing teams

Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, product, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

Experience in a senior operational role such as COO, VP Ops, or GM in a DTC or CPG brand

Strong ability to combine big-picture thinking with a focus on process and execution

Proven track record of building teams and holding P&L accountability

Comfortable in high-velocity environments and adept at solving complex problems

Demonstrates qualities of being hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent
