Job Description
The Supervisor Production Control manages, supervises, and coordinates activities of manufacturing. Coordinate the flow of material, parts and assemblies within or between functional groups. Provide overall work direction and implementation to assigned personnel. Develops and maintains manufacturing operating procedures, material estimates to complete, work instruction, equipment identification, performance reviews, and training. Maintains material budgets and manufacturing scheduling in accordance with divisional goals and contractual requirements.

The Supervisor Production Control requires a BA degree, trade school or better, in Material and Production Control technology. Must have a minimum of 10 years supervisory / managerial experience in the Military or Aerospace Electronic Manufacturing environment, with the last 5 years hands-on material / production control and stockroom in an electronics manufacturing area. A minimum of 5 years hands on experience with MRP. Must have supervisory / managerial skills, work well with minimal supervision and have the ability to train assigned personnel. Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints, schematics, drawings, parts lists, SOW, specifications, military specifications and other documentation pertaining to the manufacturing of a product. A team player with the ability to interact with all other functions including manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and engineering disciplines. Proficient in the use MS Office and other computer peripherals in a professional environment.

Pay Range : We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature.
The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $64,480 - $146,000. Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
