Essential Job Functions

• Effectively communicates, with various departments, the work schedule based on priorities and the availability of raw materials and production capacity, functions as an expediter
• Continually monitors the scheduling window in our ERP system and level loads production floor
• Communicates, as needed, with procurement to ensure orders are scheduled to be completed and sent back on time.
• When necessary, adds steps to work orders for rework purposes and actions the RMA process
• Conveys delays, past / late orders or possible bottle necks to the Plant Manager in order to determine actions necessary to complete delays, past due or late orders as soon as possible.
• Creates and utilizes the bookings report
• Utilizes MRP and Visual ERP System as necessary
• Contributes to the value stream mapping project
