About

The Strategy and Operations team is pivotal to solving Morgan and Morgan's most complex business challenges. The team works directly with Firm leadership on high-priority initiatives. We bring strategic insight, operational discipline, and cross-functional execution to ensure business units are successful. Our team is comprised of highly collaborative, results-driven entrepreneurial leaders.

This role requires operational excellence and a strategic mindset, alongside the empathy to influence and the vision to lead. This successful candidate will be highly organized, enterprising, and a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by identifying, owning, and executing strategies and programs that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve operational metrics
• Collaborate with, and drive alignment of, key stakeholders across functions, including marketing, product, client success, legal, and operations
• Perform funnel and inventory analyses to inform client outcomes and legal roadmap
• Synthesize data and operational insights to report on unit performance to firm leadership

Job Qualifications

Salary Range $120,000 - $160,000 USD
