Job Duties

• Provide comprehensive analytical and research support to executive leadership in preparation for investor, Board of Directors, and executive committee meetings. This includes developing innovative approaches to address complex issues lacking established methodologies or techniques.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable conclusions and insights tailored for a C-Suite audience.
• Monitor macroeconomic conditions, competitive dynamics, market trends, and industry evolution, and develop strategic recommendations to ensure Halliburton's strategy remains aligned with changing market conditions.
• Partner directly with the CEO and CFO in preparing presentation materials and thematic content for the Annual Strategy Review.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects across the Finance organization, including frequent engagement with FP&A, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting.
• Develop long-term financial forecasts and scenario analyses to inform key financial and strategic decisions.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to stakeholders by providing analytical support and insights for critical organizational initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret both internal and external data, employing best-practice model design and automation to drive efficiency and accuracy.
