  • Responsible for leading a team to develop technology solutions for customer
  • Responsible for cradle-to-grave product development
  • Will collaborate with other internal departments
  • Will make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of product solutions
  • Works hands on to identify problems during new product development
  • Delegates projects and oversees the progress

    • Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in a management role designing innovative products
  • Experience working on micro scale or working with tight tolerances
  • Experience leading and working with technical staff
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experienced in engineering design & simulation software
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
