Overview
TKO is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Events team. The Corporate Events Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile internal and external events, retreats, ticketing processes, and VIP hospitality lounges for its global sports and entertainment divisions. This role manages budgets, vendor relationships, and executive hospitality while driving cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Manager will report to the Corporate Events Senior Director, based in Los Angeles, and will assist with companywide projects across Los Angeles, New York, and additional markets. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, direct interaction with senior executives, and relationship building with key external partners and industry leaders in the hospitality and entertainment space.

- Ticketing and hospitality management requires strong organization and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, drafting email communications, managing guest information timelines, tracking corporate allocations, spearheading ticket distribution, prepping event logistics, and assisting with on-site hospitality for executive guests.
- Planning and executing events responsibilities include vendor / venue sourcing and outreach, procurement of event supplies and materials, invitation distribution, and guest list management.
- Professional hosting at high-level events for internal and external executives requires confident, polished interactions and the ability to address requests promptly, make decisions under pressure, and anticipate guest preferences to ensure a smooth experience.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly strategic, with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to manage multiple events and projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, and capable of building relationships with internal staff, executives, external vendors, and hospitality partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, and to work extended hours — including evenings and weekends — during peak event seasons and large projects. A driver's license is required and a passport is preferred. Estimated travel is approximately 25% to 30% annually.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale events, activations, and hospitality programs (e.g., Super Bowl, NBA All-Star, NBA Summer League, Oscars, and Internal Retreats).Oversee large-scale budgets ($500K+) to ensure cost efficiency while upholding creative standards.Manage vendor / venue sourcing, negotiation, and contracts for high-profile events.Own executive hospitality and high-volume ticketing operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and sponsorship teams to deliver brand-aligned experiences.Supervise event coordinators, assistants, and interns as needed; delegate tasks and provide mentorship.Prepare executive communications, event decks, and sponsorship pitches.Track and analyze event performance, providing strategic insights for future initiatives.Maintain event supply inventories and team grids for tracking.Prepare pre- and post-event recaps and presentations to present to executives.Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 4 years of experience in event production, logistics, hospitality (sports / entertainment strongly preferred).Hospitality-minded and customer service-oriented behaviors, especially when interacting with executive leadership and responding to employees and clients.Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external partners.Polished executive presence with hospitality-minded communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with a positive professional image.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with all levels of colleagues, consultants, managing directors, senior management, and vendors.Ability to handle challenging situations with poise, tact, and discretion.Reliable, accurate, and detail-oriented in completing responsibilities and tasks.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.Maintains confidentiality where needed.High proficiency in Google Suite and budget management tools (e.g., SAP Concur).Additional information
