Corporate Attorney

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on corporate and securities law matters, including governance policies and procedures

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage corporate governance for domestic and international subsidiaries

Provide legal guidance for board matters and oversee company disclosure materials to ensure compliance with securities laws

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of in-house corporate legal experience and 3+ years of law firm experience

Knowledge of corporate and securities laws and transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating governance documents and agreements

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution

Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law
