Base pay range $150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr

We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training.

What You\'ll Do We are looking for a Group Media Director to play a critical role in the success of our client services team, leading all aspects of our client\'s media strategy and execution. The Group Media Director is a portfolio management leader. You are a champion of innovation and excellence in work, and are seen as a role model in terms of leadership, client relations, and interdepartmental integration.

Your Responsibilities Key player of the account team, leading strategy, planning, and execution of client’s media

Create and adopt processes in order to scale the capabilities of the account team

Ensure integration across day to day department leads

Collaborate closely with clients and agency partners across ongoing digital marketing projects

Coordinate the activation and measurement of tactics, bridging information between the internal client services, ad operations, and business intelligence teams

Manage budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for meaningful improvements

Set up SOWs and amendments, communicate to teams of final budgets

Maintain and cultivate relationships with publishers and vendors to stay informed about new and emerging opportunities

Work with the finance team to handle client monthly accruals and reconciliations

Your Qualifications 10+ years of relevant work supporting media strategy for clients

Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Strong digital background

Deep understanding of cross-channel marketing
