Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, client-centeredLicensed or Associate Therapiststo join our team. This hybrid role includes workingin-person with adolescentsand providingvirtual therapy to adultsin our IOP programs. This role includes evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care
• Use creative and evidence-based approaches to support clients progress
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
