We’re a family-owned and operated print manufacturer just minutes from downtown Chicago offering offset printing (UV, aqueous, gloss, satin, and soft touch), personalized digital printing, full bindery, and mailing services, all under one roof.

Since 1984, we’ve delivered high-quality work for some of Chicago’s most recognizable universities, attractions, agencies, and creative teams and we’re still growing. We are a Certified WBE, BEP & WBENC.

At M&G, you’ll work with a hands-on team that actually produces what it sells. No corporate red tape, just real support, fast turnarounds, and the chance to bring clients in for tours of our 40,000 sq ft facility.

This role is perfect for someone who :

• Has experience in print B2B sales
• Is motivated by commissions and uncapped earning potential
• Enjoys working directly with clients to solve creative challenges
• Would like to be part of a team that delivers high quality and on time

Compensation & Structure :

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped commission potential. Once payment is received in full from client, your commission is paid out promptly.
