Overview

Senior Electrical Engineer 1 - Government Services at Sargent & Lundy. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement (work from home and in-office) with a relocation package depending on location. This is a mid-level design engineering role providing opportunities in Electrical Engineering and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical design engineering efforts on multi-disciplined project design team
• Produce engineering calculations / analyses, design drawings and engineering reports
• Apply electrical engineering expertise to the design and qualification of structures, systems, and components
• Produce Procurement Specifications and Construction Specifications (electrical sections)
• Attend project meetings and perform field walk downs
• Mentor junior engineers

$82,380.00 - $125,860.00

About This Business Unit

Sargent & Lundy's Government Services Division provides engineering design and consulting support to the management and operating contractors for the US Department of Energy (DOE) and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). You can be part of multi-discipline teams developing and designing facilities, systems, and equipment for national research laboratories and the legacy nuclear weapons production complex.
