Daily Responsibilities : Perform take-offs and prepare estimates for commercial and residential construction projects Assist with pre-construction activities such as submittals and plan reviews Create punch out lists and manage construction documentation Collaborate with construction management team on scope development and change orders Review building codes, blueprints, and construction drawings Required Skills : Experience in commercial construction and residential projects Knowledge of preconstruction processes and bidding and sales Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to interpret building codes and construction documentation Minimum three years experience is selling of HVAC Company Information : Brian and sons is a woman-owned HVAC service provider with over 28 years of experience, specializing in reliable and efficient heating and cooling solutions for residential and commercial clients in the Chicagoland area.
