Medical Assistant (Redlands)

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support a well-established healthcare group in Redlands, CA. This role will work closely with an Internal Medicine / Family Practice physician, who sees approximately 18 patients daily, with occasional pediatric cases. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for : Rooming patients, taking vitals, and triagingManaging in-basket tasks, including message review and routingHandling prescription refills and responding to referral inquiriesDelivering high-quality patient care via in-person, phone, and electronic communication for exams, treatments, monitoring, and diagnostic preparationCollecting and accurately documenting patient informationAssisting with procedures such as injections, EKGs, and phlebotomyCoordinating patient care per physician direction and company protocolsManaging phone calls and messages with thorough documentationEnsuring complete and concise EMR and paper-based documentationPreparing and sanitizing exam rooms, setting up instruments and equipment per infection control standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
