A company is looking for a Rep I - Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and updates customers on new programs and services
Assists with customer issues such as missed shipments and backorders while coordinating with field sales and warehouse associates
Processes customer orders and provides accurate information regarding products and services
Required Qualifications
Completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
Two to four years of directly related experience
Familiarity with products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
Strong organizational skills
