Familiarity (or eagerness to learn) with software such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and CRM systems. Strong understanding of the architecture and construction industry, including design / build phases and architectural specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Self-motivated, organized, and creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced company based in Los Angeles, CA, and we seek a talented individual to join their team as a Specification Sales-Business Development Specialist. At their nimble and energetic startup, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and grow with the company.
The company specializes in providing sales and technical support for a diverse range of architectural acoustical products, from high-end interior finishes to cutting-edge sound isolation construction materials. The company fosters a flexible work environment with the option to work remotely, offering a vibrant startup culture and endless possibilities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain marketing channels through in-person meetings, industry events, and virtual outreach.
- Educate and engage with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage and update our database and CRM systems to streamline operations.
- Identify and pursue promising leads, analyzing architectural drawings and specifications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, utilizing technical expertise to support clients and drive business growth.
Collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams throughout all stages of marketing, sales, and project delivery.
Qualifications :
Ability to work autonomously and travel locally within California, with occasional trips to neighboring states.
