Admissions Director

The Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a motivated  Director of Admissions . Our mission is to personalize the wellness journey by providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation experiences that are designed around the needs of each individual. We have earned a reputation for exceptional service and attention when providing rehabilitation, assisted living, and skilled nursing care.

Job Duties :

• Manage the Center customer flow (referral), admissions process including community sales, referral management, and admission sign-in, through post-admission utilizing the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC).
• Meet census goals by working with the center's interdisciplinary team and Genesis HealthCare Area entities to coordinate customer flow into and through the nursing center.
• Guide the center sales program which ensures strong customer, referrer, and payor satisfaction; appropriate market penetration; positive public image; maximization of center QMix and Average Daily Census (ADC) goals.
• Build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market and providing prospective patients / responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance in choosing a nursing center.
• Develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the center. The majority of time is allocated to external sales development.
