A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Salesforce (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce configurations
Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce implementations
Experience with CRM and AMS platforms, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Proven experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience in insurance benefit administration and / or financial services
