Credit / Finance Coordinator - Piscataway, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Process Finance Deals
• Review sales orders for finance terms and accuracy
• Contact Customer / Sales employees for additional information if required
• Verify payoff on trades
• Generate finance documents for signature
• Process and expedite documents to the finance source in timely manner to improve DSO
• Follow- up for documents with sales force / sales management
• Post and reconcile funding
• Update Order Board
• Back up Credit Investigator when needed
• Assist Finance Manager with releases and approvals when instructed
• Generates rental conversion
• Generate necessary reports
• Assist and back up finance teams from other branches
• Be accountable for accuracy and service call invoice and warranty closings.
