As a Security Professional - Retail Center Patrol in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall locations, fostering a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You'll be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, working together to put people first and always act with integrity. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
