Project Manager / Estimator Opportunity

Selectek has a full-time opportunity for a talented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team at a leading structural steel and architectural faade subcontractor in the greater Milwaukee, WI metro area. You'll play a key role in securing projects, managing them from proposal to completion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Note : You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in structural systems and construction to :

• Partner with the department head to identify and win new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and bids.
• Collaborate with clients and designers to understand project needs and overcome challenges.
• Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including shop drawings, material procurement, installer scheduling, and project completion.
• Analyze and interpret structural and architectural drawings with precision.
