• This opportunity is located on-site at : FlexCare Infusion Center, 700 N Estrella Pkwy, Suite 200, Goodyear, AZ
• \n\nPrimary Responsibilities : \n
• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients\n
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol\n
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision\n
• Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments\n
• Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates\n
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance\n\nYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n
• ASN, BSN or MSN Degree\n
• Active RN license in your state of residence\n
• BLS and / or CPR certification, or willing to obtain upon hire\n
• Willingness to obtain additional licensure and / or ONS certification within 90 days\n
• 3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essential\n
• Familiarity with EMR, Microsoft Office, HIPAA, OSHA, and INS standards\n
• This is a per diem role with variable hours based on location and business needs\n
• Flexibility for on-call support may be required\n\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment.
