Position Summary
Perform evaluation, refurbishment, assembly, alignment and acceptance testing of automated electro-mechanical biological test systems on an advanced level while maintaining stock levels. Perform production functions safely within regulated environment.
Primary Duties
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A.A.S. in Electronics discipline plus two (2) years progressively responsible experience as an Electronic Technician or Instrument Manufacturing Technician. High School Diploma / GED with 3 years experience as an Electronic Technician or Instrument Manufacturing Technician. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly procedures, and perform advanced math as required.
Must possess knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical functions, advanced laws of electricity, microprocessor and analog systems.
Requires proficiency in the use of personal computers, excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical skills.
