Join us at a Behavior Technician in St. Michael! In this hands-on role, you'll help kids develop meaningful skills; like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction.

What You'll Get :

Consistent Schedule - Full-time and Part-time opportunities, Monday-Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays

What We're Looking For (Must meet one of the following) :

Enrolled in or completed a B achelor's OR Master's degree in a related mental health field (e.g. psychology, child development, social work, education, etc.)

Associate's degree obtained in a related field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience (e.g. DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)

High school diploma (or GED) + 4,000 hours of supervised experience

Fluent in a non-English language or certified by a tribal nation
