Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager for a very busy company. The Operations Manager will support the Director of Operations. They will assist in overseeing aspects of the company's invoice factoring processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of transactions. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, credit risk assessment, and client relationship management. The manager will support the operations team to ensure high service levels and efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, managing existing clients and funding advances.
- Coordinate with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely approvals and manage risk.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with factoring agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, debtors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Resolve disputes and discrepancies related to invoices, payments, or contract terms.
- Review and monitor client credit limits, payment patterns, and fraud indicators.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare accurate reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven leadership experience managing operational teams.Strong understanding of client management, financial lending, credit risk, and collections.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent math skills.Competitive base salary $80,000-$120,000 depending on experience.
