Responsibilities

• Project production using ACAD / Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes in NJ and NY. Confident in liaising with building inspectors, planning departments, consultants and contractors
• Prepare and issue Design Development and Construction Drawing Sets. Requires a strong understanding of documenting design intent for construction and knowledge of multiple common construction types, practices and materials specific to residential architecture.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, engineering, structural, MEP and design team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Assist with construction administration, RFI responses and submittal reviews.
• Establish and meticulously maintain project schedules, finish and material schedules and other project documentation.
