Project Manager / Architectural Designer

M. Ziemke Architecture is a young boutique architecture and design studio. Specializing in high-end single family residential architecture and design, our work takes us from NYC to the Hamptons & Connecticut, sometimes abroad. We are currently 8 people, located in the Flatiron District, where we work in person Monday thru Friday [half-day Fridays year round]. We are a Mac OS & CAD based office.

We are looking for an ambitious and spirited Project Manager / Architectural Designer with 7-12 years of experience in the high end residential world, specifically seeking someone passionate about the field, who understands high end and custom design, can produce both technical and design drawings, is genuinely curious, and understands the need to build a healthy rapport with our collaborators and clientele. Someone coming from a design office background is particularly desired.

The firm offers healthcare coverage at 60 days of employment, 401k at one year, ARE exam resources and exam costs covered, and a generous PTO package.
