• Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.
• Access to on–site lab, x–ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.
• Benefit from an established patient base
• Anticipated work schedule : Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours
• Flexible shifts with Clinic hours : 7 : 15 AM – 5 PM (Monday–Friday) and 8 AM – Noon (Saturday)
• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai
• Digital X–Ray with rapid results
• Call schedule : 1 in 12 (phone only)
• Flexible starting FTE : 0.6 – 1.0
• Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)
