Estimator - Commercial Projects - NoVA

The Estimator - Commercial Projects - NoVA will :

  • Level and compare subcontractor bids
  • Identify gaps in coverage and scope discrepancies
  • Read and interpret architectural and construction plans thoroughly
  • Develop complete scopes of work for all trades
  • Perform detailed material take-offs (flooring, trim, drywall, exterior materials, etc.)
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership during preconstruction
  • Utilize Bluebeam and BuildingConnected for estimating and bid management

The Estimator - Commercial Projects - NoVA will have :

  • 5-10 years of experience as a construction estimator (must be currently in an estimating role)
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and materials
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents
  • Experience with material take-offs and scope development
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and BuildingConnected
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
