Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Management Associate to join our financial asset management team. In this role, you will oversee the long-term financial performance of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial solar assets. You will serve as the primary liaison for project-level debt and equity investors post-closing, ensuring that all contractual, compliance, and performance obligations are met. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—accounting, tax, legal, and operations—and external stakeholders to drive efficient processes and clear reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of financing structures across your assigned portfolio and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure operational compliance
• Maintain, update, and administer detailed financial models for structured-finance transactions
• Manage investor cash distributions and debt-service payments in accordance with financing-agreement terms
• Prepare and deliver periodic performance and compliance reports to debt / equity investors and senior management
• Coordinate with invoicing, collections, and lease-management teams to achieve fund objectives
• Support new-deal structuring by providing operational insights and identifying process constraints
• Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally
