Job Details

We are seeking an Estimator to join our team, focusing on commercial tenant improvement projects and life science laboratories.

  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial TI and laboratory projects
  • Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to provide accurate cost assessments
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure budgets and schedules are met
  • Utilize Procore and other construction management software for estimating, tracking, and reporting
  • Analyze subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to align with project requirements
  • Support preconstruction efforts by identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, preferably with tenant improvements and lab projects
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative project team
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
