Billing Assistant

Working with the dispatch, drivers, Branch Manager, and the corporate team, the Billing Coordinator is responsible for compiling the raw data for upcoming and ongoing jobs and refining them to allow deliver of invoices to our customers which are timely, accurate, and transparent. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and think on their feet.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to :

• Work closely with Branch Management to ensure data quality and consistency on job documents.
• Assess billing documents for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary.
• Input and verify data in TCR, working with Branch Management and Billing Manager to ensure invoicing is completed per the weekly billing schedule.
• Ensure completed invoices are delivered to customers.
• Work with Branch Manager and Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection of money owed from customers.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Billing Manager to solve problems, resolve disputes, and maximize efficiency for the branch.
• Answer phone calls and respond to e-mails in a timely manner.
• Filing.
• Other duties as assigned.
