Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a Skilled Production Associate for a short-term evaluation hire position in our Morris facility. This is not a warehouse position - it is hands-on production work, ideal for candidates with a mechanical aptitude and previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in tool production, product finishing, and shipping preparation
• Dispense raw materials (may include exposure to strong odors such as paint and chemical mixes)
• Monitor and maintain production processes
• Perform basic quality and testing checks on products
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work areas and equipment
• Operate lifting equipment and forklifts (if qualified)
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and co-workers
• Work at a steady and efficient pace throughout the shift

Requirements :

MUST be able to follow directions accurately

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Ability to lift 75 pounds or more unassisted

Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Previous production or manufacturing experience is highly preferred

Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply

Must be comfortable with the use of paints, chemicals, and production tools

Willingness to wear all required safety equipment

Work Schedule : Day Shift Only

Monday to Thursday : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Approx. 40+ hours / week

Compensation : $19.00 / hour
