The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests natural lashes.

We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty focused environment and love making people feel special, this is the place for you! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience- from the first phone call to checking out with a smile. Responsibilities include booking appointments, managing the schedule, handling guest check-ins / outs, and supporting our lash artists so they can do what they do best. We offer a positive team culture, performance based bonuses and plenty of room to grow! Hourly rate is based on experience, with opportunities to earn more through performance incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Book appointments in person or by phone
  • Increase membership sales and retail sales
  • Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    • REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Minimum 3-5 years Retail Sales Experience (bonus points if it's in the beauty or wellness industry!)
  • Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa / salon / fitness / hotels
  • Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
  • Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work weekends and evenings
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
