Material Program Manager (MPM) for Raytheon AIM-9X Program

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) for the Raytheon AIM-9X program to be located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This individual contributor role is a great opportunity for someone with a university / college degree and five (5) years of relevant prior experience. This role requires basic knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process with practical knowledge of project and material management.

In this role you will learn and further develop your knowledge of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. You will develop and execute a material program strategy / plan for a program or integrated product team.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one's own job function as well as with parties external to the organization and company. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution.

What You Will Do

• Engage with PMO leadership on material strategy execution
• Coordinate Risk Mitigation and Opportunity capture plans with Procurement
• Review and burn down SCM metrics
• Develop and drive material EACs and monthly material forecasting

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
