We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Azusa, California. In this long-term contract position, you will focus on supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process for our organization. Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct personality assessments for prospective hires.
• Travel occasionally to set up interviews and meet with candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain and organize candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Perform background checks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Leverage ADP Workforce Now and other HR tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external vendors to expand talent networks.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support interview setups.
• Experience conducting background checks and managing benefit functions.
• Knowledge of job boards such as CareerBuilder and other sourcing platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
